Courses for Excellent Perinatal Preceptorship

Most preceptor programs teach preceptors what to check off. They rarely teach how to build another clinician's brain — how to turn a nurse who knows facts into a nurse who can notice a subtle change, weigh it against other things happening at once--to decide, act, and explain reasoning to the team, all under time pressure, in a specialty where the margin for error is measured in minutes of fetal oxygenation. Yes! You will get a certificate for the completion of an online course as soon as you have marked all course units as completed and you have passed the online course exams.
